how can i respond to support topics when is use the referer link from email and write a reply for user . the respond will not send to user email . where can user see the reply when no email send to their email

Hi,
very nice plugin though, imho once a ticket is resolved and a topic is closed it should not be possible anymore to change the state of the ticket back to unresolved. Is this on purpose or is it a feature?
