Retraceur 4.1.0, security release

A bit more than 3 hours ago, the WordPress^® team released version 7.0.3 to address several security vulnerabilities affecting the 7.0 branch.

As with every upstream security release, the fixes that are compatible with Retraceur’s direction have been merged into the project.

Retraceur 4.1.0 is now available.

This is a maintenance release. It introduces no new features and focuses exclusively on incorporating the security fixes published by the WordPress^® contributors.

I would also like to thank everyone who helped identify, investigate, and resolve these vulnerabilities. Although Retraceur follows its own path, I continue to value the work carried out by the many contributors maintaining the upstream codebase.

If you are running Retraceur, I strongly recommend updating your installation as soon as possible. Details about the addressed vulnerabilities are available in the official WP 7.0.3 release announcement.
