Retraceur 4.6.0: security and maintenance release

Retraceur 4.6.0 is now available. It brings in the WordPress^® 7.1.4 security fixes, backported to the 7.0 branch that Retraceur 4.0 is built on, and fixes two bugs.

The security fixes cover output escaping in the admin screens and the admin bar (users, privacy requests), block, Interactivity API and KSES handling, and the update process. Fixes for features that are not part of Retraceur (comments, Customizer, multisite) were not included.

Two bug fixes also ship: the site address description is displayed again on the General Settings screen, and the Discovery API once again surfaces the provider’s error message.

I recommend updating all sites. Thanks to @DAnn2012 for the bug report, and to the WordPress^® security team.
